License

ColorSnap UI is licensed under the ColorSnap Source Available License (CSAL) v1.0. Key points of the license include:

• You may view, read, and study the source code
• You may fork the repository and contribute via GitHub
• You may use the published npm package in personal and open-source projects at no cost
• You may NOT redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software
• You may NOT create a competing UI library substantially derived from this codebase

Permitted Uses

You may use ColorSnap UI for the following purposes, subject to the CSAL v1.0 license:

• Personal projects and learning
• Open-source projects published under a compatible license
• Internal development and prototyping
• Using CDN assets in non-commercial HTML pages and documentation
• Copying individual components into your project via the CLI tool
• Contributing improvements back to the project via pull requests

Prohibited Uses

You may not use ColorSnap UI to:

• Build or distribute malicious software, malware, or harmful applications
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software or its source code
• Create a competing UI library substantially derived from this codebase
• Misrepresent your affiliation with or endorsement by ColorSnap UI

Commercial License

If you wish to use ColorSnap UI in a commercial product, SaaS application, client project, paid template, or any deployment generating direct or indirect revenue, a commercial license is required. Personal and open-source use is completely free.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE AUTHORS DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE.
